Explorer Post 1010 registered one team in the 2017 FIRST Tech Challenge robotics program.
The theme and title of the challenge is Relic Recovery.
We are Team 6417 - the Blu Cru.
We kicked off our effort in early September 2017.
We built a starter robot to test out some ideas, and then built our final robot with new parts.
We signed up for two qualifier tournaments, Walt Whitman High School on Sunday, December 17, and the Bullis School on Sunday, January 17.
To prepare for the tournament, we created an engineering notebook, and prepared a presentation board for team judging at the tournament.
